The program is geared towards building infrastructure projects aiming to cover the needs of vulnerable and relocated populations in distinct parts of each country. Dextro has developed a diverse portfolio of public works such as classrooms, community kitchens, health centers, bio-waste management (dry restrooms, self-sustaining restrooms), public forums, clean water distribution points (sun- and wind-powered), among others.

Dextro works through:

Technical assistance to partners interested in developing infrastructure projects, which includes ground visits for the assessment and verification of each community’s needs and expectations.
Technical support to partners for evaluating interventions by assessing technical, legal and economic relevancies associated with these interventions, focused on sustainable and eco-friendly solutions.
Selection and hiring of suppliers, qualified and non-qualified workforce –preferably locally-sourced—guaranteeing transparency, objectivity, coherence and opportune ideality while hiring.
Permanent monitoring of each activity associated with this type of projects to guarantee technical achievements, economic rationality and a well-timed delivery.
Procurement before national and international entities for project co-financing.
